Do not use this company, esp if you plan to have anchor points put on your roof. Two separate episodes (my Strata reports same issue at another complex) of roof leaking after they were put in. Took a letter to Consumers Affairs before they begrudgingly fixed it despite 2 independent roof plumbers saying it was their fault. The irony was we hired them for “leak prevention”. While having a meeting with the Director he laughed and mocked me.
