They have not replied to three (3) recent enquiries of mine about retailers stocking ARROW exhausts. At his rate they will not be selling many!Only giving one star so that this review will be shown, but they truly deserve NO stars.

Link are fantastic. Been dealing with them for years. Any problems have been minor and fixed courteously and promptly by their friendly staff. Couldn't be happier.They have an excellent online ordering system where orders can be made 24/7. Time saving and saves phonecalls also.I also deal with other suppliers through my business who could learn a thing or two about customer service from Link!

I needed a replacement part for a helmet that failed after a few months of use. I contacted AGV Australia on their messenger support and also emailed the distributor for help finding a part number for my AGV helmet to have my dealer order it in. After a few days still no answer or response so I decided to call. Unfortunately whoever answered the phone didn’t want to help. I guess I’ll avoid the brands they distribute in future.
