Highly recommend Brett Storrier as he has recently sold my property and did so with excellent communication all the way through. This made me feel at ease through each step of the selling process. Brett is very knowledgeable and as I'm a first time seller and not local to the property, he was able to guide and provide advice that benefited me and not necessarily advice to just sell quickly. I'd recommend Brett without hesitation and should the opportunity arise, I'd use his services again.

Angella͏ was amazing from the moment we met, she delivered everything she promised.When I met Angella she said she knew the market better than anyone and would find a buyer for my mum's house and she did! Angella sold the house to mum originally, so it seemed the perfect fit that she would know the type of buyer who would fall in love with it. The whole process has been so easy, Angella kept me in the loop every step of the way, with phone call updates and ensured all the paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently. Angella said at the beginning, we only need 1 buyer.. and she was right we found our buyer who has fallen in love with a grand old home who will give their family years of joy. I could not fault Angella during what has been a sad and stressful time, she has shown compassion, warmth and genuinely cared about my family and seeing mum's wishes through to the end. Brett helped us sell our mother’s home in Goulburn. The 3 executors (none of whom live locally) met with him, he was very proficient, honest, and easy to talk to, re what we had to do to prepare the property and what realistically the outcome would be for the local area. He was able to provide the name of a professional cleaner who did an excellent job and a person to maintain the lawns while the property was being viewed as none of us where able to fulfil these tasks. He arranged inspections both open days and private viewings and kept us updated with feedback after each showing and was only too happy to clarify responses to any questions that we had through the whole process especially when in final negotiations. I can definitely recommend Brett for his professional approach and support when selling your property, and especially if you do not live locally in the area.

OUTSTANDING͏ RESULT41 Ada St. was my home for over 5 years. It was always going to be a challenge to sell it, due to its quirkiness and size or lack off. It was perfect for me living solo and I loved its position and proximity to town.
