The owner will take your bond...We had a great family trip, the pool was lovely, kitchen well equipped and beautiful location.Like many other reviewers, the house needs a lot of work inside. Unfortunately the enjoyment of the holiday was then tainted by ridiculous claims made by the owner to keep our bond...My family slept in the down stairs rumpus room and the damp down there was terrible. The carpet felt wet when walking in it. We put one of our bags on the ground and all the moisture transferred into the bag making all of the clothes wet, lucky the washing machine works. You can see the mould growing on the base of the beds. The owner then charged us extra money because he believed that we hadn't put sheets on the beds and pillows. There is no way that you would sleep on those beds without sheets. If I ever went again I would pack my own mattress protector as well as the sheets.The owner also claimed that we must not have used the bathroom exhaust fan and that mould had grown in the 4 days that we were there and charged us for that too.They also complained that the bathroom floor was wet... the showers don't have doors or a shower curtain so water does go all over the floor. That really isn't our fault. Shower curtains aren't that expensive, perhaps one should be installed!The kitchen tiles are REALLY slippery and the pool wouldn't meet safety standards as kids can easily climb into the overflow from the yard.Overall a nice place, but take photos of the beds with sheets on and mould in the bathroom when you arrive and before you leave... who would of thought that would have to be something you needed to do on holidays.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED in the lack of empathy from the owner. My family and I booked for accommodation in January 2021 for September of 2021. My family and I stayed positive that we would be able to see this get away through as at the time of booking, Covid-19 in Australia was improving - so we kept our hopes high. Unfortunately, that's not how things went in regards to Covid-19, as I'm sure we're all aware. Due to the serious outbreak of Covid-19 mid 2021, restrictions increased and we knew we would have to rebook. This is all my family and I wanted - to REBOOK, NOT TO CANCEL - SIMPLY TO MOVE DATES. You would think that someone would understand our reason to rebook as this pandemic has taken a toll on everyone. But no, the owner Michael Gualtieri refused to compromise, taking my family's deposit on the booking with him. We have tried contacting him and hasn't responded to the last few e-mails/messages sent to him. Again, we did not want to cancel, but to rebook the dates to a more appropriate time in this pandemic when restrictions ease. He is far from accommodating and empathic, instead arrogant.To Owner's Reply: The booking is not under my name but under another family members'. I am a relative of the person who placed the booking and who would've also been attending the get away at your accommodation.So even though you understand why we are wanting to move the date (because we can't actually go due to restrictions), you still refuse to compromise and take our deposit with you? If you could please clarify your decisions to help my family and I to understand your actions, we would really appreciate that.

Spent last weekend there for an all girls weekend away. Enjoyed my stay. The pool area was awesome. Accommodation was comfortable. Maybe a few things could be updated. I would recommend it as a get away for a large group

It's a very nice place with lots of rooms, swimming pool, pool table, bbq area beautiful pool views but had problems with water not working due to broken pump so we had no water for the two mornings.

DONT BOOK THIS HOUSE. THE OWNER WILL KEEP YOUR BOND. I booked this large house for our family 4 day get together as we wanted a pool and plenty of room. Unfortunately, even though we had a great time with our family the holiday has left me feeling insulted and deceived. The owner, Michael Gualtieri, kept more than $400 of our bond for no reason. We were all required to take our own bed linen and towels, which we did, of course, and were glad to as the mattress covers and pillow covers were quite grubby. The claim was that we slept on the beds without sheets! A warning to anyone thinking of booking this place take photos of everything when you get there and also the beds made up with your sheets on them. When I complained to booking company Stayz they did not support me or my family but allowed the owner to keep my money. They said I couldnt prove I used my own sheets but they couldnt prove I didnt. I am not sure how you can protect yourself from these people.The tiles around the pool and in the kitchen dining area are the slipperiest tiles I have ever seen. We spent a lot of time telling children to not run and be careful on the tiles.

Great place nicely spread out for people to do what they like, relax or play some ping pong, snooker or splash in the pool!

Really nice location and beautiful scenery. Comfortable, tidy accomodation, very spacious. The pool was great, outdoor tiles were super slippery though, quite dangerous.
