Brad failed to provide me with up to date information.I always had to contact him to obtain updates.He told me on multiple occasions he was far too busy.Brad does not pass down critical information in a timely manner and due to this I was stung a few thousand dollars in penalty fees.Brad does not give you any advice or guidance on what to do.Brads classic on liner is I recommend you obtain legal advice"..... I thought that's what I paid him for.You will always need to consult other parties for guidance - basically he does not do what you pay him to do.Find someone else who will do what you pay them to do and is "not too busy" to do their role."
