Oh boy. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt previously, after having gotten my order wrong, they corrected it, which was awesome. Well they sent me a buy one get one free. That's awesome. But unfortunately the voucher code doesn't work, and when I phoned the store direct, the staff member could not help. I think maybe I should change to Centrepoint Pizza and be done with the measure

I felt the customer servicing attitude of the staff (dealt with only 2 of them) were not up to the mark. They were not trying to help the customers.In my case, I asked for a replacement of water instead of a sugar drink, they did not help and said there wasn't any (??!!). And the second staff did not pay attention when I was in front of the till for a while . Once she came, I asked for some tissue papers. She said there is not any (with a least effort of searching) - I could see there were some bunches in the side shelf.Possibly, my tourist look could have made them to think that I am not a repeated customer.

Quick, easy and cheap pizza. Staff were helpful and even left a fun little message on the box wishing us a good night! So fun!Would reccommend and order again!

Hands down one of the most poorly run businesses in Kiama, being a local we have tried to give them a go over and over but the quality of service is poor to say the least, as a fellow Kiama business owner it’s a poor reflection on this great town the way this business operates. I hope the owners of this pizza shop take the feedback on board and look for ways to improve. If I ran my company the way Domino’s kiama runs I would be out of business very quickly

Steer clear of this place, absolute worst experience ordering food from anywhere in a long time. It took 2 and a half hours after ordering 1 pizza with 2 sides, and even then we didn't get a pizza. They rang after 2 and a half hours to say. We messed up your order so had to throw it out

We arrived 5 minutes before close and the boy and girl behind the counter were very welcoming and made us a pizza without a hassle.They then proceeded to give us a second pizza free of charge that a customer never collected earlier in the night.Exceptional customer service! :)

Two hungry Kiwis needed a quick meal after flying in from NZ. And Jake at Dominos Pizza Kiama gave us absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend this friendly eatery! Pizza was delicious and we loved the extra yummy add ons!

The only reason for 2 star is because of Domino's pizza being a brand and Pizzas there is always tasty.However, one of the service staffs there was extremely rude to us. Needs a hospitality training I suppose.

Domino’s Pizza Kiama
I have been eating dominoes for most of my life but the service at this branch left me in awe. Max and Jake were awfully kind and helpful with recommendations. Loved their service. Would definitely visit again whenever I’m in Kiama.
