The icing was nice but cake was staled I went to pick cake up it was frozen made us all sick paid 44 dollars waste of money never again

On Friday I ordered a Chocolate Mud Cake for my Son's Birthday which are normally absolutely delicious...We were extremely disappointed when we cut the Chocolate Mud Cake, it's so dry and crumbly

Waited 20+ minutes to purchase a chocolate number with hundreds and thousands. Only 2 other customers in shop. The server spent 20 minutes doing something with one customer that was obviously going to take over 20 minutes.Instead of serving myself who would have made the made in literally 30 seconds, was made to wait 20+ minutes while server sat there taking his time to go on and on about lady's cake. Now, if there were other servers serving customers that would have been acceptable, but what the server should have done was excuse himself from the 1st lady, who was still to take some time ordering, and put my 30-srcobd purchase through. You DO NOT make customers wait 20+ minutes to purchase ONE CHOCOLATE either only 3 customers in stall. Ended up leaving without making the purchase. My money went to another business who didn't waste my time. This is AFTER ordering a cake through you with user eats and not getting the cake I ordered.

Vegan choc strawberry cake was absolutely delicious. Had it for my 18th birthday and was very pleased!However, it was disappointing that only one vegan flavour is available. Hopefully in the future the selection has more variation! ☺️

Just bought a caramel cheesecake.Unfortunately the caramel on top of the cheesecake was badly burnt, rendering the cheesecake inedible. Unimpressed.

More fruit would be appreciated. All in all it was a yummy cake.

The lovely lady at The Cheesecake shop custom made the recipe for my son's 18th birthday cakes. His favourite flavours are chocolate and vanilla. The cakes were beautifully decorated and everyone raved about how absolutely delicious they tasted. Would highly recommend this shop and the no fuss, excellent service. Thank you.
