Got my full water filtration system installed by these guys and stoked with the service, highly recommend iPlumb to anyone!

Extremely happy with the service from the boys at iPlumb. After having issues with our water tank pump, the boys came out swiftly and replaced the pump with a new one all in the same day. Very easy to deal with and went out of their way to help us.

Positives - got the job done quick. Didn't charge a call out fee. Very efficient and pricing was reasonable.Negatives - ongoing issue with water pooling in my carport not addressed. Downpipe not deep enough. Other work carried out was good.Reason for two stars, when a couple of issues were raised, company blamed myself for poor communication and I was told it was hard to know where the water drained on my property as they don't live there. Offered to fix for $$$$.EDIT: If you read companies reply, once again, shifting the blame onto the customer and frankly making things up. I raised the water pooling in driveway in the very beginning as this was the main issue that triggered the work in the first place. The plan was discussed thoroughly. After raising my concerns on the day of work (not two weeks later), I was told it will be ok but to call if there are any problems. Two weeks later we got heavy rain hence the phone call two weeks later as I wanted a real world example of the issue to show them. I didn't tell them not to worry about the drainage issue, I told them I was not going to pay an additional $600 to address the issue that I had already paid to be fixed. Photos speak for themselves and I am now in the process of paying twice to have my downpipe properly plumbed in after engaging with another plumber.
