Yesterday I visited Evita Jewellery, to have them replace a broken clasp on my bracelet. I was greeted and served by a lovely lady. In no time she was able to confirm that yes the repair could be done and that it would only take 10 mins. I’m grateful for quick repair and the great service I received from the lovely lady who served and for the gentleman in the back for workmanship. Well worth a look in if you need any repairs to your jewellery or need to purchase jewellery. Thanks once again

If I could give this store NO STARS I would, I live locally and I like to support local businesses, but the old lady with the dyed blonde hair, I think her name is Debbie, has to be the rudest person in Moonee Ponds, we went into the store to buy a gift for ourniece's birthday, she was soooo unhelpful and rude, grunting and rolling her eyes when we questioned a price.My advice to you Debbie is, if you don't like dealing with the public, maybe go and get an office job where you don't have to deal with the public !

Let me start off by saying I have been a long time customer of my local store at moonee ponds and occasionally I shop at the highpoint store and customer service is always 10/10 Deborah is so lovely. I went in to get my diamond engagement ring re-set to 6 prongs instead of four and slightly lowered. I'm so happy Don is a very talented jewellery designer and it looks even better that what I could of imagined. Thank you so much Evita Jewellery.

If I could give no stars I would. This business is absolutely disgusting. The worst customer service ever. Literally just walked out after they abused my mum for getting a bracelet cleaned after it tarnished poorly (that we bought only a few months ago). Do not ever buy anything from these awful humans.

I can not say enough good things about this place and the people that work there/ own it. I was very well looked after and felt in safe hands dealing with Don to get my now fiancé’s engagement ring. I have to be honest I really didn’t know anything about buying a ring at first but the team educated me on how the selection process works and what options are available so I could make the best choice, not only to fit within my budget but what was the most amazing ring for our special moment and something that will stand the test of time. I could not be happier with the end result we got and without their incredible service it would not have been possible. We even had to get the ring resized after I proposed and the team got it done and back on my fiancé’s finger within a day which was very much appreciated. Thanks Don and all the team, I could not have done it without you all.

Just started coming here recently and can’t get over how lovely the service always is! And such beautiful pieces at great prices too! Can’t see myself ever shopping anywhere else for my jewellery now.

Fantastic service and incredible results. Went in as my wife's diamond prong had shifted and to have the ring rhodium plated (which we have been told can take weeks by other jewelers as they have to send it away), no longer than 30 minutes it was brand new again. Couldn't be happier - thank you again!

Literally the rudest staff I have ever come across.Asked if they had any gold plated chains instead of solid gold - A simple “no we don’t stock gold plated jewellery” would have been fine but a “no we only sell real gold, why don’t you go to Kmart and get it from there” followed by reasons why she doesn’t like gold plated jewellery, is really not acceptable.Get out of retail you miserable lady.

My husband had my engagement ring made here last year and most recently my wedding band.When I reached out to Don and Dimitri, I was promised that it would take at least 3-4 weeks to receive my ring. They immediately got to work and delivered! Both men were very professional, courteous, and timely throughout the process - up until delivery of the ring. Dimitri was available and willing to assist in anyway he could, answering all my questions and reassuring me on multiple occasions.Absolute top-notch service from these two men. It’s my privilege to recommend Evita for an outstanding purchase experience.Both my rings were in the precise condition as I wanted. I am truly happy and will not hesitate to return for my eternity ring next year!

Been going here for years to buy and get jewellery fixed. Always given their abrasive and rude behaviour (especially by the new-ish South American woman and manager" man) the benefit of the doubt. But to insinuate that I am lying about a faulty chain
