My daughter booked for her 1st tatoo as a present for her 18th year old birthday. On the day she was unwell and she called to reschedule but they didn't accept and kept the deposit. I understand the cancellation policy but I am sure you don't want anyone sick visiting your store. A little bit of flexibility should make you and your business sound nicer. I hope you tatoo better than the way you deal with customers... and you lost a young influencer customer.

Absolutely brilliant. My partner and I both got our first tattoos this week and we couldn't be happier. Big shout out to Jimmy, whose work is impeccable. He was brilliant and friendly and very understanding of my nerves. The whole team there are lovely and friendly and the shop is has a great vibe. Pablo and Lewis were great too, happy to chat and super knowledgeable. If you're in the market for a tattoo. Don't go past the guys at Vic Market Tattoo. We will be back!

Kane tattooed myself and my 2 sisters back to back and the design is impeccable, looks like a sticker on all 3 of us. Loved the experience! The lady at reception was so friendly aswell! 10/10 would get tattooed here again :D (healed pic attached)

Kane is a fantastic artist and I cannot speak highly enough of him and the artists at VMT. He was a pleasure to deal with, attentive, thorough and produced a custom piece with excellent fine line work, exquisite shading and vivid colour pallet. Kane knew the importance that this piece meant to my son and I, and delivered in spades. As a returning customer, I highly recommend VMT’s work and manner.
