Our little foster dog Bella became ill while we were on holiday, and Dr Shail was so lovely and squeezed her in on a busy Saturday morning, and was able to diagnose the problem and provide Bella with relief. We are very grateful, and the service was wonderful. Can highly recommend this clinic.

Arrived to the vet at 12:10 on a Saturday and I got charge an afterhour call out fee of $350. Everyone was still there working and it took them 2 seconds to fix the problem. I feel like this fee should of been cut in half.

They staff here are amazing. We had such a traumatic experience with our dog, and the staff looked after us and our puppy, making sure we were all as comfortable as could be. Thank you so much again.

We had to do an emergency call out on a Friday night as our dog was coughing and vomiting. The vet gave the dog a sedative and an anti-emetic. She said to go back next day if no improvements. We went down again on Saturday morning and were slotted in between appointments which was great. However, after blood tests, x-rays and just over a $1,000 charge we were none the wiser. Monday we went to a Mona Vale Vet who diagnosed kennel cough and provided appropriate treatment with a charge of $186.00.Very disappointing that East Port charged us altogether over $1,400 with no outcome and unnecessary treatments !We would not recommend this practice.

We recently lost our beautiful Husky Mia which was so so hard to deal with. All the team at East Port Vet from the late night call outs to the reception team and nurses that not only looked after our girl as if she was their own but also looked after us when she passed by being so sensitive and nurturing. We were sent some beautiful flowers and even received the most precious gift, a framed print of Mia's paw to have with us forever. Thank you again to the team for making an extremely hard time that little bit easier we are very grateful and would highly recommend East Port Vet to anyone.

Though Eastport were not my usual vets, they handled an afterhours emergency for me recently. Kirralee was both highly professional and empathetic, and I can't thank her enough. I will be going there from now on.

We first started going to East Port Vet because it was recommended by the RSPCA, where our two fur babies [cats] came from, and we have been so happy we have. They have provided incredible service; from minor dental surgery, to small skin lesions, they have always been very supportive with follow-up calls and the care they provide. Definitely recommend!

The experience of Gary, Priscilla and their staff is evident in all aspects of care that we have sought for our pets. They are very thorough with assessment, diagnosis and treatment and have a reminder system to make sure we don't overlook routine treatments, worming, etc for our dogs. We have sought treatment for our dogs at all hours of the day and night and there has always been a vet available. The staff have also shown us great care and sensitivity when required. We have been taking our pets to East Port Vets since 2000.

I have been going here for many years now with my dog Charlie. Can’t speak highly enough about the care and attention he has gotten. When the time came for Charlie to pass they came to my home and it was so gentle and peaceful for him. Thank you all.

East Port Veterinary Hospital are incredible - my experience there has been amazing. Dr Lara truely cares for all animals great and small - she listened to my worries and has given my little rat babies the best care. The friendly reception staff who always remember you and your animals names helps make what could be a stressful time much easier. I couldn't recommended you guys higher - the best vets around!
