First time visiting this nice upscale local pub.Atmosphere & deco is really simple & nice. Drinks are reasonably priced. Good variety too.

Dropped into this place passing through the area and it's a real treat. Great steak and drinks. Lovely outdoor courtyard area. Clean toilets. Winning in my books! Street parking is available or parking lots on the street behind varying from 1-2 hrs timed. Can order via the QR code for table service. Definitely recommend for a catch up with mates.

We came to try steak night which is a new foray for the venue. At $25 it’s very reasonable though you will need to add $3 for a sauce. I personally wouldn’t bother with the red wine jus as it was very thin though my husbands choice of peppercorn fared better. The steak is well cooked and the chips are delicious (loaded with salt and by the taste of them double fried). The interior of the dining room where we were seated is stunning and the bar area we walked through to enter also had a fantastic atmosphere. Great venue and great value of a hump day if you enjoy porterhouse

Interesting.Great locationGood serviceThe problem is the food is very hit and miss. i understand it's covid and hard to get chefs but they should change the menu when it works out at $100 per head.Swordfish and oysters are horrible.Tuna tartar was Interesting but not in a good way.The Duck and pork belly mains are great.Highly recommended.Meatballs are good especially with the toastSteak is good but a requested medium comes half rare and half medium.Cold beer, good cocktails and good choice of non-alcoholic.Chips are OK. Garlic bread is interesting "The dining room is great.It isn't too noisy compared to the front area's.In short 3 of 5 gives the food and price."

I've been many time over the last 20 years, but now Wednesday night is $25 steak night and it not bad at all. I liked the food and atmosphere, decor is coll also. Worth a crack!!Oh and the photo is of a private room there which looks very cool!Matt

Food is alright. Steak we ordered was obviously very old can see that it’s oxidised. These 3 stars are purely for the service.

Highly recommend this venue for a private function. We held an 18th Birthday upstairs in the Henry Room. Food was great and service was amazing. Our personal function manager on the night looked after us and ensured everything ran smoothly and we always had a drink in our hand. Room has a great vibe and we would style the room how we wanted.
