We couldn’t be happier with Sam as a partner in our holiday letting business. We’ve enormous amount of expensive linen and Sam’s personal touch and attention to detail really helps us to maintain an efficient operation and happy guests.We use several laundry services across the Sunshine Coast and Sam’s is by far the best.

Rude staff and cannot seem to get our laundry back on time. Always a different excuse and to be honest the sheets aren’t as clean as they used to be. Got to the point this week that we had no sheets etc to make the beds in our venueSo we went somewhere else and I suggest you do sameIf you do happen to have to go there, avoid the thing in Lycra, what a smug, unfriendly and very dismissive (even when wrong)Now driving down to Mooloolah to get our laundry done (will take them 2 days), these clowns had it for over a week.Sam(??) please organise yourself before you lose more customers (oh and when I customer complains about rude staff and late laundry, do something!! The writing has been on the wall for months)Good luck
