Dumpling story
I drive all the way from Sydney just for these dumplings. My favourite are the shrimp steamed dumplings and I love that they’re hot enough to enjoy.

On the Monday 19th of September, I went and got pan fried dumplings. As I picked my order up, I did not receive any warning of how hot (temperature) these would be.Also, to add I have ordered pan fried dumplings many times prior and have never had any issues within their today’s incident. As I took my first bite cautiously, the water in the dumplings spread upon my face causing it to burn and I have now got facial burns.This is so dangerous! I am so frustrated by this and definitely believe I should have received a warning!Now I am left thinking should I take this further.

Always check before you take away.. they charged us $2 extra for panfried dumpling but gave us just steamed.. the other dish we ordered was vegetable soup noodle, they gave us pork wontons noodle. Just insane

I had vegetarian dumplings but it has no taste.I request the owner to add some taste of sauce or spices into the veggie dumplings

Eaten here probably six times and have always been impressed. I lived in Taiwan for 3 years, and my wife is Taiwanese, so we know what good Chinese food is. I reckon some of the negative reviews are from competing businesses, especially the one about a lack of handwashing. Very dubious, indeed. Keep up the good work, guys.

Never going to eat there as I was in the toilet and noticed one of the worker's (may be a chef) finish his business got to the sink, no soap and just very quickly wet the tips of his fingers and walk right out. Then watched him return to the kitchen without sanitising his hands! If that the way they treat hygiene during a pandemic then hate to see it during normal times!
