Newstead Series - JGL Properties

Some parts of living here are great: the gym, courtyard, location and unit layout are all really good. However, some silly architectural decisions were consequential. Giving four separate, disconnected buildings the same address means many deliveries and pickups are either lost or abandoned. Either give each building separate addresses or make it that you can buzz from one building to the next for entry. There are also no recycle bins on each level meaning people frequently just throw everything down the chute. Finally, white tiles in central areas look good at first but are tough to keep clean. All in all, we like living here, but some strange decisions do add some frequent bug bears.

Kathy and Murray are the most incompetent property managers in this world.They cost a property owner thousands in damages simply because they couldn't take photos and didnt do an entry condition report.They then lied to the RTA and forfeited all cost (I believe due to embarassment).

The gardens and shared spaces are spectacular

I found Megan very prompt and always professional to deal with. Definitely one of the rare few property managers that actually care about what they do and how they affect the industry as a whole. I would gladly recommend Megan to anyone within the Newstead series complex who is looking for management of their property.

Moved in yesterday and so far loving it. Friendly tenants, helpful on site real estate. They have a barbeque area with a pizza oven and a movie screen as well as a pool and decent gym. I pay $420 for my one bed apartment.

Great apartments with fantastic facilities to match. Convenient for all the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops at Gasworks but still a nice quiet location. Ferry or high frequency buses into the city are close by as well.

Best apartment complex & team In QLD.

Can't use common area after 9pm, can't use your own balcony after 10pm. Would be a nice place if less restrictive. Wouldn't buy/rent here if you like socialising
