I was charged incorrectly for the products purchased the total cost was $22 and I had paid $23.20. After checking that I hadn't misread a sign I showed the teller to which she responded it was an different pack of chips to which I pointed out it was apart of the variety advertised.The teller then proceeded to blame me for the qeue of customers waiting for fuel. while correcting the mistake the teller sarcastically remarked that all of this was worth it for $1.20 this issue wouldn't have occurred if I was charged correctly for the products purchased. After she had issued the refund I requested the original recipt to which she ripped it into pieces infront of myself and another customer. The teller then proceeded to be rude and abrupt to the customer being served.Overall it was a very negative experience for what should have been a quick transaction. She had also disclosed that her store in particular were dealing with security issues and revealing potentionally confidential information about the company. The teller is definitely not someone I would employ to be in customer service.

Bought a Mrs Macs Pastie from this petrol station, the inside of the pasty was taken out and the filling of a sausage roll installed. The both were burnt.. I'm pretty sure Mrs Macs don't sell their items like that..Avoid the food from this place..

Usually cheaper than other petrol stations. Opens 24 hours. Never had any problem with the cashiers. They are always nice and welcoming. They are Widespread around Melbourne, and I always head to them when needed even if they are far. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service I have ever experience in my life while just trying to fill up some petrol. Workers there made me wait for more than 5 minutes to just pay for petrol at like 10pm at night... it wasn't even busy. Apparently it takes two workers to help another customer who couldn't make up his mind what pie/donut and coffee he wanted. I asked if I could just pay for my petrol while he made up his mind, workers there just ignored/dismissed it. Why do you have two registers there if the combined brain power of two workers is required to serve one customer? Tried to explain this to the worker for future reference, I felt like I was talking to a brick wall. Will definitely not be coming here for anything ever again.

I have been coming here for 2.5 years on my motorbike as I work just up the road at a healthcare company. My last 2 experiences have been really bad and I will now just ride an extra 3 minutes to the 7/11 on the other corner. 3 nights ago at 2 am I am told I need to prepay, which has never happened to me before here but sure, no worries, it's 2am I am happy to do that. Today at 2pm on a Wednesday I am told to go in and prepay. When I get inside, I politely tell the attendant that it's 2pm on Wednesday. Why do I need to prepay? She tells me it's because it's a motorbike and she can't see my number plate.For real? Why is it now all of a sudden an issue, considering my motorbike to fill up is like $20 tops.

Worst customer service they racially profiled me as l had to put petrol and air apperantly one of my friends did lol live here for three months don’t even know anyone. it is disgusting and outrageous how l was treated the place ridiculous would give it minus 5 star if l could never have l encountered such racism

Staff never manage the store or pay attention to customers trying to get In. Staff are incompetent

Never again will purchase a pie face pie again. $7.50 for half a cold pie. Thanks again United won’t see me back

Don't DoorDash them, they don't respond and 9 out of 10 times, they cancel the order after like 10 minutes of waiting. I've tried various times, they just cancel, they substitute orders without asking, and their pies are more pastry than filling.
