The staff here are so attentive and helpful. I was making a book as a gift and therefore knew nothing about what it takes to make a book and how to format to print etc. There's so much that goes into making a book as beautifully and professionally as they do, and they help you though the whole process. They were also very patient with me and explained everything to me and let me see and feel all the materials used. Also, very cheapt for the service and product they offer! Highly recommended! Also, crazy good turn around! Emailed the document through on 5pm one day and picked it up by 3pm the next day!

Polite & prompt service. Print quality good.Ambiguous email communication resulted in bizarre counter-intuitive printing of actual document onto the back cover of the book.Advice for other amateurs like me: Never assume that the separately specified cover you request, choose and pay for, is going to actually be a cover to the document you are printing - apparently it is also going to include the document... Jason.UPDATE: Kwik Kopy have offered to reprint at no cost. Based on this excellent customer service, I have revised my rating to 5 stars. Thanks Kwik Kopy. Regards Jason.
