Tess was an absolute pleasure to work with. It’s hard to know where to start in this review as Tess was wonderful right from the very first conversation. I came away from that first meeting with a deep conviction that Tess was the perfect choice for my branding and web design. She proved me right every step of the way. Let me begin by saying that Tess has a beautiful, gentle and highly professional demeanour. I felt instantly at ease and listened to. I can honestly say I have never worked with someone that is as organised as Tess. From the very beginning of our project together she gave me a detailed outline of the entire process. I was able to log in anytime and see exactly where my project was up to. She invested time thoroughly getting to know me, my business and my goals and the end result is a perfect reflection of just how well she listened, observed and researched my brand. She nailed it!! Tess has created a beautiful suite of branding for my business Heather Philpott Art, including various business collateral that I am thrilled with. She has also designed and built my wonderful website that is everything I dreamed of and more. Communication was easy and clear every step of the way. Tess was also very quick responding to any query I had. On completion of the project Tess created a series of easy to understand video tutorials that run me through everything I need to know to maintain, update or change my website. I would not hesitate to recommend Tess. She is a very talented designer and a joy to work with. I will be continuing to work with her in the future with any design work I need.
