Hands down the best waxing salon I have been to. Sam was so professional. It is the best wax I have ever had. It is now a month later and honestly my hair is still so fine and sparse no ingrowns. She made sure all my hair was removed properly by the root (other places have just broken my hairs and left patches all together leaving me with ingrowns that still have not cleared up). After Sams wax my skin was so smooth no ingrowns. I felt so comfortable throughout the wax. The store is very clean and welcoming and I am truly so pleased with my results. The pricing is also excellent for the outstanding service and results you receive. I would highly recommend this salon. From now on this is the only salon I will be visiting.

As far as having your hair ripped out of your flesh goes, this is by far the best choice you can make. Having been a few times now, I can safely say all the staff are super friendly and super professional. The place is clean and tidy and the whole atmosphere is just great.Today I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Amanda. Since first attending years ago, my appointment with her today was hands down the most pain free experience I've ever had. I had the works done too and expected pretty high amounts of pain. Nope, practically painless! Thank you Amanda for being so good at your job, and for being so friendly and professional.Fellas, if you're on the fence about getting everything removed, get in there and ask for Amanda, you won't regret it! You'll be calm and relaxed and nerve free within minutes. She also had a great selection of music playing today, which may help with the pain! Very chill and very relaxing music. Which is what you want when you're having your hair ripped out of you! Super friendly and very professional lady, you won't regret it. My usual wax place is closed for renovation. Booked a 12pm appointment for today. Arrived at 11:55am. No greeting. At 12:21 I had still not been greeted. Made a booking elsewhere for 12:50pm the same day and was seen at 12:50pm. I let Bee Brazilian know that I've cancelled due to unacceptable lateness and walked out. Waited for my lift and was collected at 12:35pm and they still weren't ready/the other client was still inside. A couple hours later I got a phone call apologising for 'the mix up' - there was no mix up, just plain unprofessional service. They offered me a discount which I declined. I had a Monash hospital appointment today at 2pm and even they didn't make me wait more than 15 minutes lol.

Best place! Whole family comes here and love it!All the girls are very professional! Kelianne is the absolute best! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrow waxing! Also does amazing facials!
