Natural Solar

I reached out to Natural Solar on the 15th December 2022 to get a quote for a Tesla Powerwall 2 in South Australia. Ben McDonald, my salesperson, was easy to talk to, provided me with a lot of information to help me make my decision, and provided a competitive quote. The installation process was fairly straightforward, and the boys who came to install (subcontractors) were great. They were polite, cleaned up their mess, and most importantly knew exactly what they were doing. A great install overall, and I cannot more highly recommend Natural Solar if you wanted to get a system installed.

Had a great experience with Natural Solar with purchase and install of my Tesla Powerwall 2 battery. A little concerned having to pay in full before the installation could go ahead. Although in the fine print, this should have been emphasised when the deposit was paid. Most companies are happy with payment on the day !!Michael and his assistant did a great job with the installation, explaining its operation, connecting to Wi-fi and down loading the app. All up it was very professionally done and took around 3 hours to complete.So far, we have had some good sunny days mid autumn, are harvesting around 26kWh daily and have avoided importing any substantial power from the grid. Alan Bailey was our consultant, negotiated a fair price and ensured a seamless process from purchase to installation. All up - a very happy customer.

Natural Solar supplied and installed my Tesla Battery in record time. I was delighted with their communication and process. Top notch. Highly recommended.

We are satisfied with the operation and cost savings of our 6.4 kw Hyundai panels and Tesla power2 installed around 8 months ago. The system complemented an existing 11 yr old 4 kw system. The consultant Alan Bailey and the designer were knowledgeable and their recommendation of the Tesla battery suits us well with its VPP.Both the panel and battery installers did a neat job. Good to have received a couple of follow up calls to check that the system was working well.

Natural Solar are an easy company to work with, and we would strongly recommend that anyone considering installing a solar system should talk to them. From the first response to my online enquiry by Rupen, through quoting, negotiation, system design and installation they were professional and helpful. While their quote was not the lowest, we thought that the system they proposed (using high quality panels and batteries) offered the best solution. The whole process was quick and efficient, and installation was completed just three weeks after the order was placed.

Wow! Ben McDonald was amazing! He understood exactly what I needed. We live on a flood zone and he insured our battery would be installed above the flood level. He also assisted me in understanding the savings we would have based on our current electricity bill. He was always available and was patient in explaining the cost, install , the app. Great company and service. Very happy!

I can only speak very highly about Natural Solar. Peter Vickers was my Energy Consultant. Peter was very helpful and when I left a message or emailed him he came back very quickly. He even went out of his way when I could not get hold of Jessica to confirm date of installation.The installers came on time. The were very polite and efficient. I ask the two installers to make sure no cables are shown. As you can see they did an amazing job. A big thanks to you guys . Jessica I cannot remember their name but you can follow it up and ensure my wishes are extended

There are many solar companies out there..... Natural Solar is awesome!I had a sales guy called Rupen who was a true professional..informative, great communication and service, 10/10 for customer service, price and installation. I had a 12kw system and a Tesla battery installed.

Brilliant job well done and very timely. They also re-mounted my first battery that had been replaced and the installer had not fitted it to the wall correctly. Nice to have professionals involved.
