Thank you to the lovely lady of Beacon Warrnambool for sending to WA a light fitting I’ve been waiting for almost 9 months. Absolutely amazing service, I wish the stores in WA provided the same standard instead they don’t even make an effort to sort out customers’ issues

Lovely staff.. would give a 5 star if the current promo of 'Buy 1 get 2nd at 50%' for lamps. That kinda means that items should have at least 2 in stock. I love my new lamp but have to wait up to 2 weeks to have the 2nd one shipped to me. *puzzled
