I had rung a number of dealer's, looking for an honest quote on a Volkswagen Amarok. I was ready to purchase. I got some ridiculous prices. I'd given up on the purchase, too hard. I stumbled across Motor Scout. I contacted Alice at Motor Scout and within 24hrs, Alice had secured me a vehicle and secured a good trade on my existing vehicle. Saved many thousands and all with no hassle. Great service. I didn't need to leave my lounge room. Awesome!

We had a 1 day turnaround with end of financial year to find a particular car (and colour). No dealers we contacted had it and most didn't even have the model without months long wait. Motor Scout found me one within 2 hours with only a 4 week wait. Absolute legends. Simon was lovely on the phone and great to deal with! 10/10 would recommend.

With only ever going into a dealer to negotiate a price on a car, I really didn’t like experience. After taking the car for a test drive and then trying to negotiate a price, I found it a stressful experience that lasted approx. 5 hours in total before I was able to secure the price I wanted. I had no intention of going through that again and looked for some alternatives. In some of the car forums amongst Reddit / whirlpool I kept reading about ‘Motor Scout’, I was reluctant at first but decided that that I had nothing to lose as it was no obligation to proceed if I didn’t want to and essentially a free service to the customer. I called them and immediately I was met with someone who was extremely friendly and answered all the questions I wanted, I then explained the car that I was after, listed options and I allocated an account manager who would look after everything. Within 10 minutes my account manager, Simon had called me, clarified everything, gave me a link to the website so I could track my offers and then got to work. After about a day I had 3 offers for a deal on the new car I wanted and trade in offers for my current vehicle. Simon was frequently in contact with me discussing all of these things and was at my beck and call along the whole process. By the third day, I had accepted a bid on a new car and accepted a trade in for my current vehicle. Motor Scout put me in contact with both parties and all of the required documentation is closed out. Super easy, friendly experience that didn’t require me to do any of the heavy lifting regarding negotiations and contacting dealerships. Awesome experience all round and would definitely use again.

I had an amazing experience with Tim at Motor Scout. He was so on the ball, quick, and got me an amazing price for my Nissan Xtrail. It comes out about 10% off the sticker price. He was also able to get top dollar for my Honda CRV trade in. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and really Sussed out the dealerships in their plan during the time between signing the contract and delivery of the vehicle. I don’t have my car just yet, but wanted to put in my review as I reached out to Motor Scout 2 days ago, had a think, and I have now signed 2 contracts for trade in and purchasing. It was an amazingly fast process! Within about an hour of initiating the process to find the best price I had TimOn the phone with 4 offers. He was able to find the color preferences I wanted as well. I can’t fault anything about the process. I can’t believe I didn’t have to pay anything for the great service. It seems too good to be true! But it is real! Incredible!

Purchasing a new vehicle in 2023 turned out to be much more difficult than I could have imagined. Not to name names, the earliest I could secure a new vehicle was in 3-4 months time, without even having a test drive.Came across Motor Scout and was hesitant but thought may as well. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Motor Scout who grabbed some quick details and seemingly immediately started ringing around on my behalf, even haggling on price.After the weekend, Motor Scout was again on the hunt and kept me constantly in the loop. That day I secured a new vehicle and picked it up a week later without having to pay Motor Scout a cent.Perfect service especially for those who don't feel comfortable dealing with salesmen / saleswoman. Aaron Shepherd was super quick and helpful. From the time I registered with motor Scout to the time I made a deposit for my new car was less than 24 hours. In fact I registered one evening and was called the next morning. By 12:30pm I had spoken to a dealer and was ready to go.Just picked up my new car this morning.
