EXCEPTIONALLY BAD customer service, FALSE ADVERTISING, and POOR WORKMANSHIP.I am appalled that a service advertised for $50 was charged at $70, because the rude and incompetent technician took it upon themselves to decide that what was asked for based on their price list, was not what she claimed' she did. The service was charged at $20 more than other salons in Hornsby Westfield and the workmanship was sloppy and when pointed out

Simple cut, buff & colour made not so simple. My nails would just not dry! 4 of them started to congeal and winkle for no apparent reason. They fixed them, but then I was waiting for over 30 min for them to dry, and it never happened. I ended up having to leave with them still a bit gooey. They tried, kinda, but failed. :(

It was a Thursday night and I just needed to get my pedi done. Since I have been to the two nail places near Kmart, once each, and had not so pleasant experiences at both. I decided to try this place out since it was kinda quiet when I went. Must say, I went in with no expectations and came out a happy customer. The girl who served me was thorough and altho during the colour process there was a bit of hiccups she was attentive once I pointed out the mistakes. The whole pedi experience was pleasant. The general vibe of the shop was good, chill and had enough staff on (again it’s a Thursday night). I’m happy w my overall first exp at the store. Will be back :)

I normally don't write bad reviews about anyone, but since I'm facing this issue for the second time, I wanted to share my thoughts.The staff here seems to be very rude and arrogant. There is no smile on their face to make the customers feel welcomed. The whole hour that I was sitting in front of this girl doing my SNS nails, she was very arrogant and made me feel so uncomfortable with her attitude. I asked her if she could add some glitter to two of my nails and she bluntly refused saying it's done only for acrylic and she can't do it. I was hesitant to even ask her anything else after that. She just walked away once she was done and then came back after 10 mins to tell me it's over!I don't expect the staff to be over friendly but when a customer visits your shop, please show some courtesy of smiling and making them feel welcomed. There are plenty of nail parlours in the mall, and customers have many options to choose from. If you don't change your behaviour then I'm sure very soon you will be left with no customers. At least, I and my daughter will not visit this nail parlour again!

The worst nails I have ever had done, and then when I ring to complain they can’t hear me, and won’t answer my calls after, do not go there, they don’t take all your previous sns off, so it looks very uneven when finished, turned their lamp off so I could not see if it was all off, and then file my nails not even looking, there are so many more professional nail bars out there. Keep clear of this one.

I went here for SNS nails. Will never go back.. Terrible nails, I’ve had to re file them myself when I got home. Nail technician was rude and did a very poor job on my nails. She was rough and cut my pinky finger with her aggressive filing. I sat next to a lovely lady who had a mani pedi and she showed me her toenails.. they were very poor. She was not happy either, unfortunately for myself I am not overly confident in speaking up .. but what I do know is I will not be using them again.

Came here a while ago to get my nails done with my boyfriend, the entire time a customer placed next to us was staring at us and obviously judging us down. It was so rude and humiliating and shows what type of customers this shop caters to. The entire shop was empty but they jammed 3 people into one row.

I have been going to this nail salon for roughly 3 or so years. Usually everything is okay, the service has always been somewhat lacking in welcomeness and niceties but the nails have usually made up for that. For the past 4 months I have been getting manicures as I’ve been trying to rest my nails from previous years of acrylics. This time I got my manicure on a Monday and it is currently Wednesday and four nails have chipped and look very ugly, I got shellac and have every-time and this has not happened. I know if I go back and complain I will be greeted by hostility and be overcharged for them fixing their mistake.

I have used this location a few times and never really had any issues. However I went today to have my acrylic nails removed which was $20, I was happy to pay except it was very painful and I felt like they were trying to rush the service, despite not being overly busy that the time. The nail on my pinky finger is bleeding underneath the nail itself is very painful. This was because instead of soaking my nails, the staff member just ripped them off using another nail to get underneath them. Not happy with this experience. Especially given the pain I am still in.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the services. This used to be my go to place but perhaps they have changed owner because clearly the service has just downgraded.I always get SNS manicures. And the last 2-3 times I’ve been to this place, my nails have chipped within a week. This is absolutely ridiculous as I’ve had SNS last 4-5 weeks without chipping or cracking. Not to mention my nail completely cracked halfway down and exposing my nail bed. This was incredibly painful and will now take ages to heal. And this was within less than a week of having them done. They weren’t even long, they were just my regular nail length.Not to mention, I was extremely angry at the way they removed the previous SNS. The girl just slid something underneath the SNS, flicking and breaking off the old SNS. This is unacceptable as when I’ve had SNS removed at other places, they would soak it off in acetone. The way they removed it just further damaged my nail and felt extremely uncomfortable.I won’t be returning to this nail salon. And I extremely advise that other customers stay clear of this place. Not worth the money or hassle.
