Burwood Tennis Courts

The customer service is terrible. They made an error that shouldn't have happen, there was two groups that was booking court 1 and we were booking court 2. But when we arrived both courts were occupied, we asked them for their booking information and confirmed that all our bookings were on the same day in the same hour. We tried calling them but the never picked up and saying that they are not available, it was already half an hour in so we ended up compromising with the other people that they finish playing on court 2 then we play after them at 6 to 7 pm. I hope that this error wouldn'thappen again in the future to anyone.

The court surface is rather worn and cracked although still relatively inexpensive to hire compared to others nearby. Silly to keep the court surface sweeper locked up so you can't dry the court after it got rained on.

As other reviews have stated its a cheap court but the customer service is really bad, I accidentally booked the wrong timeslot and immediately called/texted them within 10 minutes as I was unable to change the booking online bc i booked less than 2 days in advance. I just wanted to reschedule but they were completely uncontactable, I also emailed them leading up to the wrong date but they just never responded or got back to me.Ultimately I just booked again on the intended date wasting $20. They didn't even give me the courtesy of contacting me to refuse the reschedule. Kind of ridiculous.Edit: I have emailed them as requested but I have not received a reply. I emailed their tennisvenues and gmail account listed on their fb, they say they check all emails but I have received nothing. I will change this review if I hear back.

Great hardcourts! Cheap and within vicinity of the train station. Easy to book the courts as welll.

terrible customer service keep the 20 bux matei booked a court yesterday at 9pm but a sudden quick shower and the courts were drenched making them unplayable and dangerous .I asked for a credit or refund and no reply back the owner even asked many questions asking i saw you playing there by checking the cameras , mate as you can see the photos it was unplayablesorry but you have lost a loyal customer i will take my business elsewhereplease book at stratified courts instead at least they have some decency to reply back and not interrogate you

Generally nicely kept. Court 1 better during winter or after wet weather as it dries quicker due to greater sun exposure. Court 2 better for summer for shade before 11am from large nearby tree.

After the incident today with my friends we posted a review of what happened to let everyone know about it. For a while they offered us a free session on another day but cancelled it after seeing our review. I seriously don’t know what could get worse, me sharing what happened to me in the reviews and being honest about my opinion??

Terrible customer service with no flexibility in cancellation policy although been a loyal customer for couple of years. No credit nor any solution offered whatsover as hitting partner got injured and that's how this business is run. Neil(assuming the owner) is the absolute worst to deal with. Never going back here again!

The courts themselves are nice to play on and the net looked brand new but we had an issue of being double booked and a confirmation error (even though my money was taken). It took days for customer service to sort it out and I tried calling multiple times, only getting responses through email. The people who had been double booked were nice enough to let us play first.
