Il.needed a backing pad for my palm sander , l was told it woukd take a couple of days ti come in i, and when it arrived in they delivered it to my house , l live in the northern suburbs , veru helpfull thanks to the crew

I had taken my tools in to Knox Power Tools with the former owner and I didn’t have a good experience so I stopped going. Then one of the guys I worked with could not stop raving on about the new Knox Power Tools especially this tech some big guy.The way he went on about him I thought I’d give them another go. Come to find out he wasn’t exaggerating the big guys name is Andre and he is by far better than I could ever describe on here, you’ll just have to give them a go.

I recently had a seized chuck replaced at Knox Power Tools. There was initially a delay of a couple of weeks (I think they forgot about me). To their credit they were on it as soon as I chased it up with them, even picking up the replacement part from the supplier directly to remedy the delay. The work was completed to a high standard, incorporating a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately, several weeks later the replacement part once again failed. However, I was unable to make it to Knox Power Tools until past the expiration of the 90 day warranty period. Despite this the staff didn't even question this point and remedied the issue whilst I was on site. The fact that this business stood behind it's work provides me with a great deal of comfort and I would therefore not hesitate to recommend this business, or use them again in the future. The staff obviously take pride in customer service and it shows.

Half an hour turn around on my Paslode nail gun, unheard of elsewhere, had a life time of getting tools repaired.. would recommend them anytime, even though my nail gun turned out an easy fix I was delighted by the outcome, Well done Knox Power Tools, you now have a customer for life…..

Fantastic service. Took a drill in with a stuck drill bit/chuck and it was taken away and returned all fixed with no charge! I know it was probably a quick and easy fix for them but the small kindness they've shown me will keep me going back in the future. Thanks guys
