Called to make a booking the woman on the phone was extremely rude and after 15 minutes trying to make an appointment she hung up on meWhen I went in to the shop and asked about the qualifications for remedial massage I was told they have none and they took photos of my private health card ( asking at my provider I was informed they can’t do this )
