Shoe Warehouse

Terribly bad service. My child did not want to sit down on the dirty chairs to have her foot measured and the worker refused to measure her foot whilst she was standing, insisting that my child had to sit to have her foot measured. After informing the worker my child won't sit and will have to be measured standing, the worker got really rude, refused to measure her for size unless she sat. Ridiculous. We left and went to Myer who measured her no questions asked as my child stood.Hate to think how this worker deals with children who have special needs.

Good choices, easy parking. Be aware of your choices do your research don't buy & run. The deals are good but not crystal clear. Take a credit card or EFTPOS they did not want cash. I understand the vivid position but I want to use cash so equals no sale for me.

Maybe too busy.. but poor poor poor service. Treated the customer as an idiot. When I asked for the details of the shoes we were looking at for my daughter they said they 'don't write things down' for people. I was welcome, however, to make a note on my phone. Another line thrown in when gently challenged on a sizing issue, '...in my 27 years selling shoes..' as opposed to an informed, concise explanation. I went and got advice from someone at another place who was clearly way more concerned about achieving an appropriate fit and made sure I knew what I was purchasing and all ramifications. Dreadful experience and I'm never going back until I see an 'under new management' banner out the front.

Smallest shoe warehouse I've seen so far. Didn't have stock in school shoes.

Love this shop! Great staff who are always very friendly and helpful. Shopped today with young grandchildren. Wonderful bargains and both girls very happy with their new shoes.

The store woman, Louise was quite rude and not muster an understanding of children at all. It could not have been a more trying person to 'help'. Her rudeness was not a once off occasion but in the last 3 times I have been to the store, the same story. The value and quality of the shoes is the only reason I return.

I had a great experience at the Erina store. Louise was very friendly and helped me choose the perfect work shoes. Highly recommend.

Good parking and plenty of shoes. Always know the price of a shoe before you go into a warehouse like this as you can get carried away. its basically a help yourself store , so you just look and try on. My wife likes this shop and I would prefer to go somewhere where they help you find a shoe
