I had my booster shot done by one of the pharmacist. He was amazing , quick didn't have to wait at all . The staff are all helpful , polite and they have Covid safe protocols in place .

The worker lily was the best worker I have ever met. She has shown excellent customer service through her knowledge advice on the use of the products and her beautiful smile! She needs a pay raise!

This would have to be the best pharmacy in NSW. The staff are always ready to assist and the pharmacist's, well there is no better. Give expert advice, even changed a dressing on a bleeding bunion operation. Highly praise the team.

Professional, very friendly, wonderful consumer service. I'd love to give higher rates if I could. When my baby girl had a fall, I rushed into the store and pharmacist David assisted her first aids with professional manner. All staff members are very kind. Highly recommend this store.

Been here twice and got bad advice both times. Seems like the young staff really don't know their stuff and one pharmacist just acts like he's too busy. One time I spoke to two staff members who spoke to the pharmacist three times in total - it would have been faster for everyone if the pharmacist just spoke to me directly.

DO NOT BUY PRESCRIPTION DRUGS !!!As the price is extremely expensive and not reasonable.For example Oraderm capsules (more commonly known as Oratane). This medication that I’ve been on for months, is sold at this Priceline at $42 for 60 capsules 10mg each. To give you a rough idea, I could’ve bought 2 repeats with this price.Outrageous!!!FYI- I’ve once bought a pack of mask(2-3masks within the pack) they sold at a price of $10. I bought because it was during lockdown and my face was having terrible allergy with other masks. I thought the quality should be great given the price. However it’s worst than clinical mask.I swear, I will not buy anything from this place ever again.

Not great management. First I went to get a prescription and they couldn't even give me it under the Wright name and it wasn't till I got home that I realised it wasn't mine. Second I bought a skin care product from them that came in a gift pack and when I opened it one of the bottles was empty I took it back to them and the girls at the register were very helpful but the manager said that they can't do anything about it cause it's part of a gift set and I yold them I don't want a refund or exchange I just wanted the same product not empty again manager said they can't do anything about it. I wasn't gonna sit there and argue so I walked out but I definitely won't be back there as those is not the first time I get a product from there that I had issues with that they won't fix.0

I rang Chemist Warehouse to find the price for antibiotics as I know for a fact that Priceline in general marks up their products considerably. Chemist Warehouse quoted me $13.99 whereas Priceline Casula quoted $22 something. I asked them to match Chemist Warehouse price but the pharmacist said no so I bought the antibiotics from Chemist Warehouse. Priceline Green Valley normally matches the price. A while ago I bought some eye drops for my mother and Priceline Green Valley charged me $15. My mother checked her local chemist and it was $7.50. Don't buy your medication from Priceline as they overcharge their customers. Medicine is expensive enough so we shouldn't have to pay Priceline's marked up prices.

We were told this is the closest compounding chemist to us, we order medicine for our daughter every month via our local chemist. We always call a few days prior to confirm our order yet 2 out of 3 occasions something has gone wrong.First time everything went OK, 2nd time they never notified our local chemist to pick up the medicine by which time we found out was 4:30 pm and had to drive 30 minutes to the store to pick up ourself since we did not have enough medicine to last the weekend and they said they couldn't get it to our local store til Monday. Was not happy! wasted 2 hours chasing the medication down from queuing at the local chemist and they getting on the phone to enquire about our order and then finally the 30 minutes drive to and forth. Made a complaint since the staff that confirmed the order days prior assured us everything will be ready - it was ready only they forgot to notify our local chemist there was an order to be picked up. They said they will be more careful and asked the local chemist to notify us when our order has arrived so hopefully we wouldn't have to run around looking for it.Fast forward to the last time we ordered, similar premise. They assured us everything will be in order a few days prior to collection. Collection day came and we didn't get a call so we called to enquire around 3pm. We were told our order was never picked up because it wasn't ready! They told us they were too busy and haven't gotten around to our order yet and there's nothing else they can do apart from refund and we can go buy elsewhere... perhaps we took it the wrong way but that sounded real arrogant from our perspective, it's take it or leave it mentality. Luckily we still had enough medication to last a few more days, I ended up going there after work to pick up the medication 8am the next day. Spoke with owner, although apologetic, stood by his staff saying they've been trained to offer alternatives to customers who aren't happy with their service.We are totally dreading having to deal with them again come next order, I'm actively looking for another compound chemist who is reliable.
