They are arrigent just want to make a sale and they over charge by a lot they know they're the only ones who is open after 9pm if you need anything

I never post reviews but this one is definitely needed, I spoke to two “gentleman” (not!) over the phone, my call was answered with “hello” rather than “hello 7/11 marks point” so I firstly had to confirm I was in fact speaking to a business rather than just a home phone which is what the initial answer sounded like, that didn’t bother me too much but to then be spoken to extremely rudely and told quite rudely to go to 7/11 elsewhere when I was being extremely friendly, polite and positive was very confrontational.. all I asked was if they’re able to take payment over the phone for a petrol purchase as my friends bank card has been stolen. I proceeded to say okay sorry for the call and have a good afternoon to which the man on the phone said “bye” in a again a very rude tone of voice and hung up on me... they told me they just took over the business in July and that is why they can’t do any of the services the previous owner was happy to do, I doubt they will last long in ownership due to their ill mannered service and lack of professionalism.
