Worst bunnings ever. Every single time I have to browse through the stock on my own. Theres never anyone willing to help. They just bounce you through departments until you try to find what you're after yourself.

Very helpful paint man in paint section. Didn't think my silly" questions were silly. Isles well set out with clear identification for each. Parking is always not an issue as large outdoor and undercover basement parking. Late hours as standard make things easy for full timers. Little kids trolley make it a fun task for kids too. Good range and if something not in stock has been offered to see if in stock at other store in town."

Attended bunnings today and asked for service by luke who was very reluctant to assist us in cement sheeting. Even to the point of want me to tell you ir show you". We had looked but couldnt find it so asked to be shown. His response "let me hold your hand there mate". Rude and arrogant. No customer service skills and worst experience ever at this store."

Love Bunnings! In general, this location wasn’t bad.I didn’t actually know Bunnings has kitchen displays. Not heaps but enough to get some ideas. Pictured I kitchen and a laundry display.Like most stores, heaps of stock, heaps of brands. Plenty of parking, easy to get to.

Bunnings BallaratEvery single part of the walkways is packed full of boxes on an angle so it is even harder to push the trolley around the shop.I hope not all your shops have taken your example, it is verging on dangerous having the walkways so blocked. If there is an emergency of some sort it turns into an OH&S nightmare!

Went into bunnings, had lunch, was very nice, did my shopping, went and had all my items scanned and I'm about to pay and was made move out of the way because a worker wanted to pass with a electronic lift to get something and wouldn't wait 10 seconds. He was on a mission and nothing was going to stop him
