Thanks for quick service and show me how to shack oysters . Here they sell a dozen for $12 but they do not have the licence to shack them.

We have both eaten oysters from here and bluff oysters in New Zealand. On our way through here at the start of the year we tried Asian infused oysters in Coffin Bay, absolutely beautiful, but today's from Cowell BST Oyster Supplies where so disappointing, a white milky substance was secreting from all of the oysters .. spawning .. I'm glad my wife used black sauce and bacon other wise there would have been no flavor.Can't wait to try them again in Coffin Bay.So BST you had better lift your game .. it would been better to tell us the weather was not in your favor to get fresh product ..than sell second rate product.Will never purchase from this place again
