Property Building Reports
We chose Jarrod after discussions with few other Building Inspectors. I straight away saw a difference in Jarrod's sample report compared to other sample reports shared by other building inspection companies. I have to say he did an outstanding job. My building supervisor mentioned Jarrod was checking everything spending almost 4 hours. And the time he spent on site is clearly visible in his report. Jarrod did a thorough inspect on a split level 3 story house for me. Jarrod identified and categorised over 50 defects for me and categorised them from major to minor and provided good feedback on direction. Jarrod's building and pest report was the most comprehensive I have ever had -- the thorough detail and thoughtful comments were much appreciated. He uses a moisture meter and thermal camera for potentially hidden defects. The follow up phone call again was very professional and thorough. Jarrod's communication skills are exceptional. The report contained many photographs of all things he inspected and referred to in the report. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Property Building Reports.
