Confirming Andrew Duff's review from 12 months ago was absolutely spot on. WestUrban promised to start building an apartment project in Henry Street, Boronia in September 2020. Almost three years later absolutely nothing has been done and there have been zero updates to owners in over 12 months. They are aware of the financial and emotional impact this has on buyers however they are non-responsive.

Our experience with WestUrban has been very very pleasant from the start to finish. Honestly, I never had thought about my building work to finish well within 4 months - from demotion to project handover.. What an effective management and the building team!!! The Project Team made our journey very comfortable and convenient considering this was my first building project. Sam, Felix, Leona you are awesome and superstar.. Wayne, due to Covid lockdown, we never met face to face until the final inspection day and this tells me how amazing site supervisor you are.. Your attention to detail is second to none. Sam, you have been very supportive to us for our project and the upgrade to an high end cooktop was ‘icing on the cake’, what an impressive gesture. Felix and Leona your knowledge of the building process made it very easy for me and thank you for being so patient with all my queries…Overall very +ve experience from the entire WestUrban Team..Highly recommended..

I am very happy with our new house. We managed to build our house in 6 months (from building permit to handover) during one of the most challenging periods for the building industry. Construction process was relatively smooth (considering the overall challenges facing the building industry) and post handover support is excellent. Very happy with how our new home has come up. Wayne, Ganesh and Chara were excellent throughout the build process. Thanks to the WUC team.

This is my first project. Before we met Westurban, we were very uncertain about which builder to choose from. The project manager Franklin is very very patient and professionally to introduce and explain to me on each steps. He has been extremly helpful and done lot of work until we are fully satisfied. The site manager Rajan and Support manager Leona also done excellent works for this project. I’m so happy that I had the chance to work with Westurban and their excellent team for my very fist project. I’m looking forward to work with Westurban in the future. You wouldn’t be regretted if you choose Westurban.Excellent staffs, excellent company.

We built town houses through Westurban. The overall experience was quite satisfying. Right from signing the contract until finishing, we had a great experience. Our project manager was King who was very responsive and very helpful. Any queries were answered in quick succession and we never had to wait. Also the townhouse were completed on time without any delays. I would definitely recommend the builder and also surely build another with them in near future.

I have to say the quality of their building and service is a bit disappointing. They made our windows too big and subsequently made the top bar of our shower only about 1.7meters tall which Is a disgrace. We have to bend down our head when walking in the shower.

I would highly recommend WestUrban. They designed and built my dream home to my expectations. The project manager, Chara communicated with me in a professional manner and was always responsive to my emails. She ensured the project was progressing smoothly, and she could always be relied upon to resolve any issues. Likewise, the site supervisor, Rejith was easy to work with and he could be relied upon to rectify any defects during each stage of the build.

I had three units built by WestUrban Group in 2020. Despite all the challenges during the pandemic, the team provided top service and had made their very best endeavour to keep the project going. They have been very responsive to our queries. They have been very patient with me, who has zero knowledge in construction. They are very reliable and if we ever build again, we will go with WestUrban again.

I have done a couple of building projects and have dealt with few different builders but I must say my last project with WestUrban had been the most smooth and pleasant journey.Felix who looked after my contract has been wonderful. He was professional, helpful, responsive and always tried his best to accommodate my requests.The contract price was amongst the most competitive. However, the finishing materials were never compromised. They did not charge an arm and a leg for add-on variations neither. Everything was straight and transparent. I would absolutely work with WestUrban again for my next projects.

We had met with a few other builders as we were looking to build three townhouses. From the moment we met with Westurban we felt at ease with their level of knowledge and professionalism.King, Lin and Wayne have been a pleasure to deal with and have made it easy for us to do our first development. They have also been efficient in dealing with any queries even after handover.Our experience has been nothing but positive and would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them for future developments.
