Absolutely appalling, he needs to be reported and shut down, disrespectful, has multiple rental properties and owns a Mercedes. Has no care for anyone but himself, my partner had hurt herself and he didn’t care about her at all, wouldn’t pay her on time, would give her $50 for petrol OUT OF THE TILL to get to and from work. Kept OUT OF DATE tablets and medicinal products on the shelf. Wouldn’t get paid until a full/over a week later. Disgusting behaviour and shouldn’t even own the pharmacy.Absolutely disgraceful....deserves to go under

Satnam would be the most arrogant and hard to get along with people I know. He told me he was to busy to listen to my complaint about his Crows Nest store and hung up on me as did his staff at Crows Nest. Would definitely not recommend

I was there two days ago. Only 1 guy in store to serve people and he was on his phone the whole time (appeared to be a personal phone call). He seemed very annoyed and cranky that there was a customer (me) who is disturbing his call. I had to get my wife’s medicare number and he was not patient at all. I had to leave without getting my medicine because he was so cracky and annoyed.

Appalling Service from the Indian Owner - should not be allowed to operate in the Medical Profession. I arrived a few minutes before they opened on Monday morning 3rd July 2017. The door was OPEN but as i approached the Owner quickly ran over to shut the door in my face. I asked him how long until they opened (which was only a few minutes). I explained to him that as my sister was in the car having an Asthma Attack and we urgently needed a asthma spray. He replied -well we're not open" and closed the door. I said to him please help as my sister is having an asthma attack. He just locked the door

Do not recommend this place at all. The owner Satnam is dispicable. He owes $1000's and $1000's of dollars to small family run business' who now are struggling to keep ends meet after he ran up such huge trade accounts. This business owner should be ashamed of himself! He is rude and aragant to anyone he comes into contact with and unfortunately he gets away with it.

I worked here and the pharmacist is a bully, how anyone could work here & not be stressed I don’t know. I do not know how he has not been reported, used to wish he’ would stay at his other pharmacy and just let us get on with our jobs which we knew how to do perfectly well, absolutely dirty but was not allowed to clean just stand behind the till & not move. Customers treated with contempt, why they would return I don’t know, does not understand the word “ Customer Service “ and I didn’t receive all my wages either

This chemist is my personal favourite in the redlands! It is a family owned business and strives to help its customers!The owner is a witty fellow who is sometimes misjudged because of his manor, he really is a quirky character , who will go above and beyond to supply anything a customer requiresI highly recommend supporting a true local business ( surrounded by chain pharmacies) Give them a go , plenty of easy off highway parking!!!

This chemist stocks my medication that other chemists have to order in. They are twice the price plus of everyone else.Cortisone, I pay $5.30 at other chemists but had to use this chemist one night. $16.09 I was charged. How can they justify that !!! Just be aware that they like to hold onto your prescriptions repeats whether you like it or not. No, I would not recommend this chemist.
