I was referred to SHSC via Facebook. I was looking for suspension upgrade.Got great advice, pros and cons. Settled on a solution to help towing van behind a ColoradoI now has a setup which tows my van perfectly. No more porpoising!Price was also good!Loan car was also brilliant.

Terrible 'Karen' at front of house. Gets sarcastic very quickly unfortunately. Needs a customer service refresher course. I noticed I'm not the first to put up a one star review for the ladies at the counter. Nor will I be the last I'm certain of.

Costed my engine on my Ute not even a month after a regular service .I'm now spending 10k on my 2018 model ute. I have been customer for 2 years for both my cars as the leasing company had them in the authorised list for the area.Lack of communication and didn't let me know what was required to be replaced.20/06/2022 last service and 14/07/2022 drive belt failure and timing belt failure resulting in ceased engine. Timing belt was replaced only 30 k before this. I had two issues with reverse camera and window switch error requested to be fixed multiple time and never fixed . Just the routine service and not any further. Cross referred with two local mechanics on the problem .

Don’t go there. Extremely rude and disrespectful ladies in the front desk, one of the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They made us waste our morning and they didn’t even see the car. We had our car fixed by other mechanic of the area in the same day and without any issue. He was much more efficient and respectful. There are very good professionals in the area, my suggestion: don’t waste your time here.

In a day and age where a near-enough attitude is becoming too common, we are very lucky to have found Southern Highlands Service Centre in Mittagong, NSW. Ben and his team go out of their way to solve problems that others will not even consider. The workshop staff are masters at thinking beyond the obvious, and take personal pride in getting things right – no matter how hidden the cause. Office staff are helpful, friendly, efficient, and offer prime communication to keep customers informed.With an exceptional bank of skills and services available, we highly recommend Southern Highlands Service Centre.Some time ago, the team at Southern Highlands Service Centre completed the second lot of work on my old 1976 (V6 Commodore) VW Kombi. The work was extensive and very complicated, but now every time I drive the van I am grateful to Ben, Trevor and the whole team (including the office team). The Kombi has never driven as well. Communication through the work was exceptional, and I must say that it would be very difficult to find an automotive repair business with better knowledge and skills, or higher ethics. They do what they say they are going to do! Highly recommended.

Ben and the team have been amazing to us. We were without a car for 6weeks (insurance claim) Ben came to the rescue offering us one of his hire cars. Unfortunately we had a prang in it, but the team were completely understanding and have handle it all very professionally and politely. They let us extend it without any dramas. Highly recommend when getting your car serviced or your without one ☺️

Very disappointed here. I was passing through town and had a real problem that needed fixing. Would only have taken ten minutes to fix. The nasty reception lady said nope, can't do today, with no empathy and without even consulting the experts which she obviously was not. When travelling and need help, surely they can spare ten minutes to help solve a situation. If able to talk to the workers I am sure they will help, but getting past the the front door receptionist meant this was impossible!

I have been using this team for my work ute since I bought it. It all started with the engine light. They put me in as quickly as they could and always do. The ute had a hard life with its previous owners. The team always give me a diagnostic so we can look at preventative maintenance and have saved me from some pretty tricky problems. Alternator, starter motor, Clutch, turbo, suspension, wheel bearings. You name it, it has gone wrong with this car in the last 18months. But these guys keep me on the road, and in business. Very appreciative of their services and their team.
