Making someone with mental illness and physical issues look for work and increase obligations ie: appointments and Jobsearch, the Government along with Employment Agencies are Bullies, just add more pressure on to my day to day living issues, in no way did today's appointment gain any help, or support, just signing up to have my payment stopped if I fail to meet requirements in which I struggle just to live. Help means Help, not add weight for deterioration

will schedule meetings without input from client on whether the date/time suits them, you will only be informed of said meetings a day before said meetings occur leaving no warning to reschedule.caseworker had been inforned multiple times of the two days a week that are always scheduled work days for myself yet they continue to organise meetings that are on those days.was horribly sick with covid symptoms barely able to get out of bed when lo and behold a surprise meeting was thrust upon me. Tried to phone them to inform and was told I was the 23rd caller in the queue waited 40 mins to have an automated message saying that they were unable to take my call, tried multiple times about 2.5 hrs total but still could not get through. Had payment suspended, next day tried multiple times to contact via phone no luck, took RAT test was negative so masked up and dragged my sick self to the centre to inform them in person what had happened. Met with someone told them what happened and they promised to sort it outthey did not sort it outpayment still suspended, still getting notications about it, funnily enough this isn't the first time they got my payment suspended, last time they did not inform me of a surprise appointment at all and immediately suspended my payment when surprise surprise I didn't show up to an appointment that I had no idea existedfrankly this place is a shitshow at the moment

My encounter with Mitch and Shelley was relaxed and helpful. They brought a wonderful individuality to the meeting and were incredibly open and caring. Definitely recommend seeing HELP if you want to feel like a person and not just a number.
