I have been looked after by the caring staff at Home Instead for over a year. They are always there to help make my life a little easier. Some times just to have a caring voice on the other end of the line is all we need. I have nothing but the highest praise for the people I have dealt with at Home Instead. Having had two previous Service Providers, there is no comparison to the service and the care that we have received, from Amee Dawson, the Office Staff, and the men and women who have come into our home to provide the necessary service, assistance and help. My husband and I are very grateful, and very appreciative of the care that we are receiving.

I have been associated with Home Instead Ettalong Beach for many years, firstly when my brother required assistance and social activity and later when my mother was declining. At all times, I found all staff to be so helpful, understanding of the needs of my family and of my own needs. Nothing was ever a problem for them, particularly, on occasions when circumstances changed and there was a need to alter services, my requests were always attended to promptly. The duty of care of all carers was exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Home Instead Central Coast.
