I had excellent customer service from Mariana, Paul, Amir (think I got everyone’s names right!) and the owner himself when I went to pick up my carrara herringbone mosaics. I was nervous about buying online and not seeing the product before buying but it is STUNNING! It was ready for me to collect on a pallet and I had a change of mind and wanted a bigger size. It was not easy to reach the larger mosaics for Paul in the warehouse but he made it happen for me with a smile and we were very well looked after wile we waited. Thanks guys I will be back for more!!

After much shopping around for a stone surround for my fireplace, I went to Marble and Ceramic Corp. Ali was very helpful in showing me what they had available. Amir's knowledge and expertise as to what was the best solution for my fireplace was invaluable and he came up with a great affordable option and made all arrangements to ensure a fast measure and installation. Shortly after, Billy came to measure up and was meticulous in his attention to detail to ensure a great finish. Less than a week later the granite fireplace was installed. I have a beautiful finished fireplace surrounded in nero absolute black granite and would definitely go to Amir at Marble and Ceramic Corp for my next project.

Terrible customer service.Sent me the wrong product and denied it was the wrong product even though it clearly was.Nsw branch admitted it was wrong but said I had to deal with Vic branch even though I ordered online and product came from NSW.Most emails went unanswered, when they were answered they were rude. Begrudgingly refunded me for the product but refused to refund postage either way. I will be persuing with consumer affairs for postage refund.

Personalised service that I got from Sam has been nothing short but exceptional. Three years ago we tiled our swimming pool with beautiful mosaic tiles. The guidance we got from Sam and to use epoxy blue grout to match our tiles was the best move. Our swimming pool just looks amazing all year round.Just dazzling!!!! Recently I need to purchase floor drainage grates and designs ideas for another bathroom. The friendly helpful service I got from the MCC staff had not changed in the last three years I was there. Thank you Sam for your fantastic help.

This should be your first stop if you are looking for natural stone, or great ceramic/porcelain options for any area of your house. Definitely greater variety, and better quality than the normal tiles shops around. Great business(es) with plenty of options to suit your budget. Highly recommended and will be using again for sure.

Absolutely love this place.Used their tiles for my bathroom, kitchen, laundry, ensuite and outdoor feature wall. Havent had any issues with them, top quality at great prices. Highly recommend - and will use again for our next renovation
