Shout out to the delivery guys as well who were respectful of the purchase and treated the new bed very carefully and were polite and efficient.

My partner and I brought a bed frame, while we were in there the staff were great, unfortunately after spending over 2 grand and waiting for 4 months (quite patiently as we know there's been issues due to flooding and covid) we got a phone call to say it could only be delivered on a Monday or Wednesday between 12pm and 4pm. I'm a night shift worker so I go to bed at midday, my partner works during the day and doesn't normally finish until 4pm. Not being able to book a time to get the furniture your paying a good chunk of money for is ridiculous. The woman on the phone was so rude when we asked if there was any other days we could possibly get it delivered. It really doesn't do much for customers who paid Cash outright for a bed, waited 4 months for it to finally come to be ridiculed because we work hours that don't suit the staff. I won't be back to buy anything else from this store.

Daniel from the Townsville forty winks store has helped us twice now - once for our sons bed and today assisted with our new mattress. He is very knowledgeable and polite, does not push products on you that you can't afford and helps you get the best and most suitable product for your hard earned bucks. I would highly recommend.
