Great customer service, they were able to fit my daughter in while we were travelling through Toowoomba. She was scared/anxious of going to the dentist, however was put at ease and had a great experience with Naomi and wished we could have them up in Darwin. My daughter got in the car afterwards and asked if I could give them a good review and 5 stars :-)

Had my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr. David. From the consultation appointment to the finish he was very professional, explaining the whole process of the procedure and answering any questions that I had. When it came to actually taking them out, he was very gentle and caring, with the entire experience being pain-free and fast. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic experience here today. As someone with serious anxiety around my teeth, this was the best dentist trip I have had. The centre is lovely, the staff were kind, respectful and sensitive to my needs. They answered questions I had, were professional and knowledgeable. I rebooked for 6 months time, something I've never been able to cope with doing.

Congratulations Gentle Dental Highfields. Highly recommend this practice. From the entry to the dental clinic waiting room you were greeted by a friendly welcome by the staff. The dentist was gentle, explained her findings thoroughly at a level of understanding. She was respectful of any fears that you may have had from past experiences. There was no pressure to proceed with any treatments but provided a clear and concise course of treatment and explanation to eliminate any further damage in the long term.
