EB Games - Bathurst

Absolutely amazing staff, always friendly and very helpful. Needed a warranty job done on a mouse today, and the manager was kind enough to upgrade my mouse at no extra cost to save me the hassle of waiting for a new mouse to be delivered. Service like this that really makes the customers come back. Thankyou so much EB games.

I visit this store a lot and every time I go in there I always find a great deal! The staff are always helpful and friendly! If I can’t find what I am looking for they always send me in the right direction.

The Bathurst store has moved directly across from its previous location.The new store is fantastic with a wider range of games and collectibles. The guys behind the desk are great as always!

I went there a few weeks ago to return my $400 headset which was certainly faulty.The guy didnt seem to beleive me and did a small basic test in which was not properly diagnosed.I know it wasnt properly diagnosed because i work as a computer technician and salesman myself and test faulty products the same.He then accepted it as a faulty item due to lack of testing and told me that he could issue me a store credit to use on another headset, i asked for a refund as per my entitlement as i purchased a new one.The salesman told me i couldn't in which i told him he could as is required by the ACL to remedy a faulty product with repair, replacement or refund in which is to my bank or wtore credit which ever i find fit.He then sighed and called his boss who approved of the refund and gave it to me but was very reluctant and was not treating me as friendly as he should have been.This is EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Not my fault you lost your comission mate.I didnt want to be so pushy but you told me i couldnt do something in which i am entitled to have by law.

Was a great EB a few years ago but has gone downhill now. Only reason I shopped at this EB was because they price matched however they have become increasingly difficult with it, I'm not paying a premium to go in store and get refused a price match when I can just get everything delivered to my door at a better price.

Overpriced and poor price matching. Go to JB Hi Fi instead.I recently purchased a Nintendo Switch console and a few games. I did not have a chance to compare prices but afterwards I found out that the games and console were 10 to 15 percent cheaper at JB Hi Fi.One of the games I got Zelda Breath of the Wild cost me $84 preowned. The new one is available at JB Hi Fi across the street was $79.I called the store and asked for a price match and was told that the store would be able to match prices for games but not the console as that was against company policy.With policies like these I can say with great confidence I'm never shopping here again and would never recommend this store.
