It's a pharmacy. What are you even looking for in a review of a pharmacy?It's in a quiet suburb, if you live in the area it gives a good excuse to go for a walk. I'm told that's good for you.It's not part of a huge shopping complex or mall, so it's quiet, arguably faster and service is more intimate. Makes visits to the place feel like catching up with an old mate.

If I could give minus 100 stars I would. I can not express how terrible this chemist is. Don’t leave a script they will forget about you and make you remain waiting another half an hour and then wonder why you are angry. If you wait with the script you will still wait for as long as they like they couldn’t care less they will serve someone else before you. They tend to take your script then take someone who needs a needle in for 25 minutes before filling a script. Then look at you as if you are impatient. Worst customer service I have ever endured and I will never set foot in the place again. Happily drive 10 minutes further down the road to be served within 5 minutes. Absolutely pathetic. This has happened on multiple occasions hence the built up frustration

I truly cannot express how much I have appreciated and adored this pharmacy over the past two years. As someone who can suffer from social anxiety when requiring assistance from people, to be able to walk into a shop and feel as if you're part of the furniture, let alone at a chemist, is just astonishing. Rabia is genuinely concerned with each and every customer's wellbeing both medically and holistically, going so far as to recommend products to me to assist me in sleeping during the day thanks to my night shift work when I never once even complained. Not to mention she is amazing with needles!! Madonna always lights up when she sees a customer and is always happy to listen to everyone equally and goes out of her way to help however she can whilst having a laugh wherever possible. And last but certainly not least, Ms Angela. Customer Service personified. To meet someone who is so affable, caring, friendly and funny whilst still making sure you are her number one priority at all times is rare, but combine her with Madonna & Rabia and it is the trifecta. I hardly go on the days they aren't there due to their overarching halo effect when they aren't there. Thank you for always welcoming me with open arms, never once judging me and always allowing me to have a laugh with you or a cry when sometimes life gets difficult. I love you and thank you for letting me part of the Chempro EMP family x

In a world of diminishing care factor this pharmacy and the pharmacist on duty on the 29 th of March was a blessing . She gave me more than one suggestion and help on how to help my partner with a migraine I was really worried about . She displayed such genuine care . Took the time to explain things and made sure it was right for my partner . Thank you so very much . It all helped and solved the situation. Brilliant service !

Excellent experience my first time at this store. Super friendly and quick staff. They honoured my price match as well, no questions asked. Can't wait to visit this location more often. Found a 20% promo featured on a shelf, and honestly wish I could've stayed longer to check out more of what they had to offer.

Thank you so much!My daughter went to put in a script here and told them she would be back later as we were just going to get some breakfast.We were halfway through our breakfast when we were approached by the lady from the chemist. (This was probably 100 metres away). She had tracked us down so that she could enquire about my daughter’s script.I found this customer service amazing and was so surprised that they would take the time and make the effort to do this. This is old fashioned country service and the type that every business should consider adding.In terms of the chemist itself, I have always found it to be clean, having a wide range of products and lovely, affordable gifts and the staff have always been friendly.Would encourage all locals to make it your preferred choice!
