I’ve been going to Epic Hair at Kenmore and Jindalee for over 2 years and always had brilliant experiences, my colours and cuts are always perfect and they do a range of great treatments. The service is excellent and I have a membership which helps to smooth my costs and get discounts on treatments and products, very happy with Epic Hair and highly recommend!

Thank you for the amazing service received last night by me and my mum. I would like to thank Amy and the other ladies for making us feel so welcome and cared for. My colour and hair extensions are absolutely beautiful! Although mum didn't get her hair done all the ladies made her feel so welcome. They made her a cup of tea and answered all her questions about my hair extensions. I was absolutely blown away by their friendliness and kindness. I am looking forward to going back to Epic Hair Designs, Hope Island. Beautiful salon, beautiful ladies and exceptional service. Thank you Amy and team.

Beyond happy every time I leave the salon with senior stylist Amy’s work! She is incredible and never disappoints.

Horrible! I lost $450! The hairdresser was not professional! I wanted to color only the roots of my hair, she did the balayage everywhere except on the root of my hair! On top of that the color is horrible and has nothing to do with what I asked for! She did a very bad job, the first time my hair was white! I had to protest for she fix my color . She wasn't happy… Finally I left with wet hair because she didn't want to waste time with me anymore! And I had to pay $450, the service was catastrophic, she put product on my face while rinsing my hair, etc. Run away this place! I should have done better to put this money in the trash! I lost $450 but on top of that I have a color and a haircut that I didn't want and she damaged my hair! I sent them a email but no one take the time to answer. I would like to be refund!

I wanted to know if I can perm curl my hair : I contact Epic hair design and they proposed me to book an consultation for know if my hair was able to receive perm curl or not. So I booked, drove 1 hour and half , and when I arrived , 2 seconds later, the lady at the shop told me that because I got bleached hair I can’t do this perm. I understand, fair enough. My deception is more: Why the people from epic hair design didn’t asked me this simple question when I contact them for the booking and would have save 3 hours worth of my time : “do you have bleached hair”? Simple and efficient question. I have nothing to say about this Goldcoast saloon, the ladies were nice there, it’s more about the experience I got from the reception of epic hair saloon that took my booking, I felt it was a bit not professional to asked me that.Hope this comment will help to save time of other people :)

Wonderful hair cut by Amy. I specifically chose her as she has experience with curly hair and she did such a wonderful job. The girls in the salon were all friendly and happy, and I wasn’t pushed to buy products. Overall a really great experience!

I have found my new favourite hairdresser! Natasha did such an amazing job cutting my hair, she deserves more than a 10% pay raise! I just love the way how she manages and leads her team as well.

I was exceptionally impressed with this salon and feel I have found my new hairdresser at Epic. My stylist was Amy and though this was my first visit she absolutely nailed to perfection both my desired colour and gave me an excellent cut. Amy additionally suggested the best nourishing treatment I’ve had in a salon to date, she is clearly a top hairdresser, very experienced and a delightful personality. All of the salon staff are also delightful to deal with. Very highly recommend this salon.

I had my first cut in Australia with Amy and definitely not regretting it! I like it so much! And I like how Amy is so honest and thoughtful to give advice on what is good or bad for my hair. There was no wait time, made appointment, started and finished right on time. Thanks so much! Will definitely come back again

Finally found a great hairdresser who knows how to style cut curly hair after 4 disasters at 4 other hairdresser's on the northern end of the coast. Highly recommend Amy. She was amazing and really happy with the outcome. You now have a loyal customer. Great hairdresser Highly recommend.
