Eating a slice of humble pie here. Every time I attended this business I was greeted by Jade or Ashleigh, and each time just as when I call up, I ask to speak to Jamie, because what would girls know about bloke stuff. With Jamie being extremely busy (probably dealing with other chauvinists like my former self), I decided to throw caution to the wind and let the girls assist. I didn’t think they would even know what an O-ring was, let one know how to measure and match one. I proceeded to add further parts to the list that I required, all from equipment over 40 years old. The day came that these parts ordered by women had arrived, with a bit of trepidation, I ventured in to see how badly they had stuffed my order. Well let me tell you, I was absolutely mind blown how well they had done. Every single item was correct, and in a rather short turnaround time. So, I suggest to anyone that needs anything from an O-ring to a drill bit, to a welder to a Whitworth double chamfered hex head bolt, do not hesitate to speak to either Ash or Jade, and maybe Jamie if the girls are busy. This business really can look after all and any of your engineering supplies, customer service second to none, and fantastic pricing.

Woo hoo is all I can say. Can't believe how happy I am to find a store that is happy to order in stuff that's not usually on the shelf even at the big stores. Definitely check them out if you are reading this.Thank you for helping me with my needs greatly appreciate it.
