Ok, 30 minutes legs price was advertised $30. But if you want to use your health insurance, they charge the same service at a different rate of $55. They charge your health insurance provider and still at the end, end up paying the same $30 as a gap! What a joke! Be aware

Great massage, very good pressure, I'll definitely be back! Was exactly what I needed.Really good environment to be in - even though it's a mall it was very peaceful and the screens make a huge difference. Great staff and service.

I have been coming here regularly for years now and have never received a bad massage (and i am picky!). ALL their staff are highly skilled and well trained; vs other providers who are hit and miss depending on who you get.Each of their staff deliver their own individual style of massage, which to me demonstrates formal training; vs other providers where it's clear the owner / manager has taught them to provide the same generic, ineffective treatment.Great loyalty rewards and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Really amazing massage and I did remedial massage with my health insurance card several times. I tried lots of different shops but only this store I feel right. I also recommend this shop to my families and friends, they all like it. Their skills and service are very good, I usually go once per week.

Wouldn’t come back to this store I asked for a simple neck and shoulders for 40mins which then was a head massage for quite some time in the end with my neck killing me in an uncomfortable position so walked away feeling more stressed and in more pain then when I walked in I did not ask for a head massage nor did I want one only neck and shoulders which is what I asked for

Filthy place, hideous service and zero return customer loyalty. I've been here many times and today's visit was the straw which broke the camels back! The masseus" was loudly yelling in Chinese with other staff in the place

Decided on a last minute massage after going to the shops and had the most lovely lady who was so caring and sorted me right out. Reading the reviews I think people don’t realise their health insurance provides rebates and not at the business expense :)

They dont accept health insurance but told me the day prior they did and had the signage. Wasn't worth arguing over $25 so I just took it on the chin. Hopefully this helps someone planning to use health insurance. They definitely seemed a bit shady.

I absolutely love this place and I come here once per week. All the ladies are excellent at what they do and you will always get a great massage, especially if you like it more firm and deep tissue. I had to rate five stars because they are always friendly and always give great massage.

One of the most terrible places to get a massage.I’ve been here twice, I had a bad experience in my first, but, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and tried one more time, same experience.The second time I went for just Shoulders, Neck and Head, a 30 minute (non-remedial) massage.There is a short older lady with dark hair, she looks like she run the business, and she is absolutely horrible, she shouts at the customers if they don’t understand her (poor English).They had lots of staff sitting around screaming (literally) at eachother, none of them with clients, I was the only one. I waited 15 minutes until somebody came to take me to a massage chair.After being sat down, I was then waiting even longer while the staff were eating takeaway food, playing on games on their phone, and they put me in the seat directly next to the shopping centre, meaning it was impossible to relax.I was sat there for 8 minutes, until eventually I gave up. I got out of the seat and left the place. They all stood and stared at me leaving, they looked shocked, clearly they are not used to people rejecting their low level of service.Anyway, details about the first visit? Sure, no worries... it was very similar to my second visit, however I had a full-body remedial massage (so I can claim on my health insurance)...however... the massage was very weak (despite asking for firm), and, after they charged my health insurance card, they ALSO charged me $55, which is the same price as what you pay WITHOUT insurance, so, they are doing a scam here.I will never, ever return.
