First time trying red rooster and I was amazed at the quality of food and services. Usually fast food is rubbish and disgusting, but Red rooster Logan was excellent. The food was incredibly fresh and tasty and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out of the store in under 3 minutes with food that looked and tasted like it was from a restaurant. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who wants tasty fast food or for any skeptics of red rooster.

Food wasn't too bad, considering that it is take away, fast food. Chips were a little bit too salty, my mini bread roll with a chicken tender, lettuce and honey barbecue sauce was nice (could've had a fair bit more lettuce, but hey, it still tasted ok to me) However, my friend only ate half of his chicken and salad wrap. He decided not to make any fuss at the store, despite the fact that he said that his chicken wasn't fully cooked & he couldn't eat it, deciding to throw the last half of the chicken wrap in the rubbish bin. Otherwise, the service was pretty good by teenage standards and the store appeared clean and tidy.

First and last time at this red roster. Asked for fresh chips received soggy undercooked unsalted chips, rooster roll was just thrown together and meal was not hot at all. Didn't even fill our fry cartons up, half empty. F

The Sales lady Tia (As I recall) was absolutely wonderful assisting me with kitchen curtains ‘ due to your location I didn’t take my Wheelie Walker so Tia walked me back to my black BMWX5I was extremely great-full for her kind assistance! Staff dedicated to Customer needs are few & far between. I will always remember Spotlight for my purchases!Irene

Being regular paying customers and ordering the same order each time we are in store or getting delivery, our meal was again stuffed up tonight, it was confirmed by the young lady at the window only to recieve half the order, we have had numerous stuff ups from this store and have never complained as young workers aren't always perfect and make mistakes But when questioned about the missing items the manager then argued that we ordered something different , when disputed he became arrogant and rude while his staff laughed at the verbal altercation between the manager and us. He threatened to call the police even though his customer service was less then to be desired. Head office will be contacted tomorrow regarding the behaviour of this manager towards a regular paying customer and how his belittling behaviour affected our experience with his young staff under his guidence witnessed his behaviour and found it amusingThis is just the way we want our young people trained in customer service.

I dropped past between appointments at lunchtime today. Service was super fast, Abby on the drive through was cheerful and able to help me order what I wanted (Because I couldn’t remember what it was called). The chips were fresh and seasoned well. The wrap was yummy with just the right amount of sauce and they actually left off the tomatoes as requested! Thank you so much for this experience today

Great customer service, young lady who served in drive thru did her absolute best. Pity the chips were not wrll cooked, the chicken on the burger was so incredibly dried out it was hard, nuggets hit the spot not with flavour or nutritional value only cause I wad famished. I can accurately say it will probably be 20yrs again till my next visit after this experience. Please lift your game guys ans drop fleecing people
