Great auction rooms,bargains to be had. My mother took me to Johnson Bros auctions for many years as a child. I love the nostalgia of an auction. The ambience is an acquired taste. LOL Michele

Used to be good for quality second hand good including antiques. Has slipped a lot. Doesn't inspire me to attend an auction. View first then decide.

GOWANS HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR MANY YEARS. PROVABLY BEST AUCTION HOUSE I HAVE USED. IN FOUR STATES. THE COMPANY AND STAFF PERSONIFY HONESTY. ALWAYS HELPFUL ON ADVISR OF WHAT SOME LOTS MIGHT BRING BEFORE AUCTION .STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING. SELL IN TWO SHEDS AT SAME TIME STAN WILKINSON

Staff are friendly and helpful. Quite a bit of congestion when attempting to consign a small amount of items and other people have truckloads of items for auction.
