Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was superb and the install was done in almost no time. Go with the local mob - you won’t regret it!

I booked a service inspection in advance with one of their technicians. I was told they couldn’t provide a specific date or time but was told in 2 weeks’ time on either a Thursday or Friday that the technician would come out. I never received confirmation leading up to those days and had to call back a few times to see if there were any updates when the technician was coming out. I was told after 4pm on the Thursday they wanted to reschedule because they were steering away from services and there wasn’t any other jobs in my area (I live within 20mins of the city). This despite informing them that I had those days off from work and had booked in advance. I ended up arranging with another company (who were very responsive and helpful) to assist. I did receive a phone call from NQ Solar after the fact offering for a tech to come out today, however given my experience I was not inclined.

The only Solar company in Cairns who cared about (prompt) A1 communication (a big thank you Mel), quotes and professional advice. I didn't intend to spend this money but it all made so much sense after being advised and I couldn't be happier!! The installers talked me through the whole system after install with a big smile and patience!I had 2 other companies on hand but my neighbour also recommended these guys as they were VERY happy as well. You couldn't wish for a more reliable company and fabulous customer service :o)Thank you so much NQ solar Cairns

NQ Solar have been most efficient, effective and informing at every step of our installation. Could not believe how quickly it went from us thinking about getting solar to having it installed - ahead of schedule. Rob and all of his team are great to work with and excellent in performing their roles. Satisfying to be able to check the amount of solar power flowing in whenever we decide to do so. Has also helped us to be smarter regarding the power we use.

We’ve just had our new solar panels installed. The service we received was very prompt and efficient. The guys that attended on site were extremely courteous. We have been most impressed.

I recently had a solar installed to my home by NQ Solar. I found the whole team were an extremely happy and friendly crew. They explained and showed me everything i needed to know about the solar system that i selected.. This company put the solar system onto the Ergon grid for me. I would happily recommend to my friends and neighboors who are thinking of putting solar onto their homes to use the same company as i have because to the short time span this company took to install the solar system onto my home.
