Shocking attitude to lost clothing, even with proof there denial, and lack of egknowlagment, is simply pathetic, pretty strange they pick up somebody elses clothing from my house, and I have found more since amoung my clothing, and won't except the loss of my!! 6 shirts!!! Out of 20 , you defie all ethics !! Invoice on the way!!

Not good! I took expensive wool suit back after cleaning as it had singe mark on collar and cuff. They said I had spilled soft drink on it! Spoke to tailor and seamstress who both said they were singe marks from using too much heat. Very expensive shop and poor customer service and attitude.

I would NEVER use them again. Took a white suit jacket in to get a makeup smudge removed from the shoulder - came back with makeup removed but a huge yellow mark down one side of the suit. They claimed it was “food or drink” which was already there and spread which is completely untrue (I even have photos of it before I took it in). They completely ruined a $400 jacket, with absolutely no apology, just blamed in on me.

Terrible, I gave them a fairly simple alteration to do for a big event, gave them a week to do it and one day before the event I go to collect it and they haven't done anything to it 'because it was too hard' and they didn't even give me a call to let me know.

Customer Service and Garment Cleaning is dreadfulI had a silk dress dry cleaned after an event purely just to freshen it up had no marks at all as was only worn at an indoor event with no food. However the first time I went to pick it up, I noticed 2 stains on the front bodice that appeared to be blood that were definitely not there before. Therefore, I told the lady working at the counter that the stain was not there before and she said she would keep it and have it redone again. I went today to pick it up and was met by the same lady and noticed the stain that they said they would remove was still there. I proceeded to tell them how there had been no stains before I had handed in the dress for cleaning but now there were 2 blood stains and discolouration around them were they attempted but failed to fix their error. She then called the manager over and was met by the most rude and arrogant man I have ever come across in a shop before. He claimed that the stain was already there and was due to food or beverage that I had spilt but how could this be the case when there was no food or drink at the event and it was the only time I had ever worn it after purchasing it. When I asked if I still had to pay he rudely laughed and said of course like he hadn't just ruined my $500 silk dress. I proceeded to tell him the stain was not there before and he gave a brochure saying that stains can develop over time however this stain is red not yellow or brown or tan for an old stain. To add to this instead of offering a discount he ignored me telling him the stain was not there before. I ended up paying for a dress to get cleaned but instead was ruined because of Mornington Dry Cleaners. Literally go to any other dry cleaners around as there is no point going here the customer service and quality of cleaning is terrible a kid with his mum's washing machine could literally do way better.
