My insurance company does employ True Blue Plumbing.The storm that hits Melbourne, I was one of the many that had roof damage.Was told only two tiles from the ridge capping came off and slid. There was another person sent and said that the roof tiles came off from the cement and slid off.This person that did not introduce himself also said that it is bad workmanship. You guest it. Interest from both businesses towards each of their business and not to be fair for their client.I doubt that they are a licensed roof plumber. A plumber that deal with pipes is different from a roof plumber and carry a different license.To cut it short, I was told that the quote is less than the access. Go figure if the quote as I was told is lesser than 400 from the access amount, that means the quote was for $250.00.Do you think that to repair a roof and clean off debris, remove the cement that is still with tiles or on ridges, and replace and seal the tiles if broken plus the labour cost would total that amount quoted? You guessed it.So my insurance closed the claim and left me with damage to my roof by the storm to be dealt and paid by me. That stinks for everyone.Next step would be consumer affairs. Every customer is covered by law.

Late for the time agreed to inspect and arrived in the middle of morning school drop off. Told the rep I'd be 10 mins (school very close to home), arrived back and he was gone! I rang the office and was told they told the rep to leave! Really disappointing that you expect me to wait an additional 40 mins over the agreed time, for you, however you cannot wait the 10 mins I need to get my kids to school on time. Also, your rep appears to have a very big night out last night. Not sure he should have been driving let alone attending people homes. Really unprofessional and definitely do not recommended using these guys.

We had a burst pipe leading to our hot water unit. We spoke on the phone and told True Blue of our urgency as we are about to sell our house. The plumber arrived right on time, spoke us through his way of fixing the problem and was able to remedy the issue quickly and very well.Highly recommend!

So you wanted to talk about my review 3 months after it was posted. Asked how you determined that you didn't leave the drainpipe exposed as per the photo sent when I never mentioned where it was on the property. No response. Highly recommend True Blue - they did a great job with the plumbing for my kitchen & bathroom renovation. Arrived on time, professional & very friendly. Couldn't ask for better & everything is working beautifully.

Responded to my request in a timely manner. Work was completed quickly & to a high standard. Friendly owner/operator, personable & professional. Will definitely use this company again.

I could not recommend True Blue Plumbing more highly. We utilise them for all our plumbing maintenance and repairs on our Church facility.Their team are always prompt and respectful. Each time they have been out we have been kept fully informed throughout the process.

Amazing service and quality work.Sewer blocked with raw sewerage flowing into the backyard. Plumber came out ASAP, unblocked pipes and then further arranged South East water to unblock remaining pipes that where out of there jurisdiction.

I have used True Blue Plumbing on multiple occasions. Each time they have been prompt and efficient in providing excellent service and extremely professional throughout the repairs process. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them in the future.
